How do I open the parents' area?

Tap the child's name at the top left of the home screen and answer a math question (the parental gate). It has the learning report, settings and the full course.

I bought it. How do I restore on a new device?

Parents' area → 解锁课程 (Unlock course) → 恢复购买 (Restore Purchases), with the same Apple Account. With Family Sharing on, family members' devices can use it too.

Bunbun can't hear my child.

Check that the microphone is on in Settings → 小课 (Mini Kids English Class). The first time, iOS downloads its English speech recognition (tens of MB); the parents' area settings show whether it's ready.

How do I delete my child's data?

Parents' area → 设置 (Settings): reset progress, or delete all data. Deleting the app also deletes everything. The data only exists on the device; we don't have it.
